JERSEY CITY, N.J. - A new collection of luxury condominium homes is already more than 70% sold at Port Liberté, the unique master-planned waterfront community in Jersey City offering spectacular views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor.
The impressive sales milestone comes just a few short months after the new phase of 96 residences opened to the public, reports Applied Development Company, Port Liberté's developer.
The one- and two-bedroom homes range in size from 766 to 1,510 square feet of living space and are located in four-story, mid-rise buildings with European-inspired architecture and indoor parking. Pre-construction prices currently start at $365,000.
"There continues to be pent-up demand for new homes at Port Liberté which is reflected every time we release a new phase of residences," notes David Barry, President of Applied Development Company. "It's a testament to the distinctive homes and unique resort-like lifestyle offered at this premier waterfront community."
The remaining condominium homes boast expansive floorplans with such features as high ceilings, oversized windows, natural oak strip floors, patios/terraces, designer granite and cherry wood kitchens, GE stainless appliances, and handsome marble baths.
Residents also enjoy a new clubhouse with outdoor pool, tennis courts and a full-court basketball court. There's also a state-of-the-art health club/fitness center overlooking the river, a children's play area, 24-hour gatehouse security, a retail plaza and a waterfront promenade with an incomparable panorama of the ever-changing river scene.
"Adding even more to the community's resort-like atmosphere is the on-site Pointe Restaurant, one of Hudson County's finest, and the Port Liberté Spa," adds Adrienne Albert, President of The Marketing Directors, Inc., Port Liberté's exclusive sales and marketing agent. "In addition, the community will feature a unique riverfront, infinity-edge pool with cabana lounges in time for next summer."
Work is also progressing on an adjacent championship-caliber, 18-hole golf course that is designed to meander along the riverfront. An on-site ferry offers convenient service to Manhattan.
Port Libertèé's sales center is open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call (201) 536-0300.
